Anyone remember this? The valid and binding contract the government committed to in their referendum booklet?
The referendum booklet clearly laid out that ‘the government will implement what you decide’. This is a valid and binding contract in UK law with the whole UK public.
It simply proves that what politicians say, what they mean and what they actually do are three entirely separate things which bear no relation to what the public elects them for. And that they are above the law as far as honouring their pledges to the public are concerned.
Unless they are UKIP politicians, of course.
