Gina Miller angered 17.4 million Brexit voters with her High Court judgement. Was she expecting praise?

The Government gave the decision to the people by a majority of 6 to 1 when they voted on the Referendum Bill.  David Cameron gave his word on camera that Brexit was up to ‘you the people’.  We, the people, accepted that offer and this government made a binding contract in law with the electorate. Then along came Gina Miller who trampled on the democratic vote of 17.4 million Brexit voters, and in the process also angered a lot of Remain voters who believed this was a democracy. (They’ve now woken up to the fact that it isn’t). She’s getting death threats and has had to beef up her security arrangements.  Really, was she expecting praise?
