Key UKIP figures support Victoria Ayling in the Sleaford and Hykeham by-election

There have been a few well-known faces and not so well-known faces out with Victoria Ayling in Sleaford and Hykeham (Lincolnshire) since Saturday.

Victoria was a former UKIP NEC member who stood down initially after the appalling treatment of Steven Woolfe and the ‘late application’ debacle.

Out with Victoria since Saturday have been – Paul Nuttall, David Kurten (Education spokesman), Nigel Farage, Alan Craig (prospective NEC candidate), Nathan Gill (Wales) and members of Young Independence.

The Conservatives are defending a majority of 24,000.  However Sleaford and Hykeham voted  overwhelmingly to leave the EU, by 62% to 38% and people are ‘restless’ about Theresa May’s delays on Brexit .  The Conservative candidate fielded is pro-the single market and believes the job of an MP can be done part-time, according to Paul Nuttall.

The by-election is on Thursday 8th December.  Anything could happen.
